Launching Summer 2026 — ECNL + RL & Girls Academy Soccer

Clubs want great athletes.
Families want great clubs.
The missing piece
has always been communication.

ClubReport is where families find the verified information they need to choose the right club, share anonymous feedback without fear of retaliation, and where great clubs get the honest feedback they need to be the best.

The problem

Club sports were built to develop young athletes.

Somewhere along the way, things got complicated.

01

Families make big decisions with almost no verified information.

Parents commit $10,000–$20,000 a year to a club based on a neighbor's suggestion, bumper-sticker marketing and parking-lot gossip. Not because they're careless — because there was never a better option.

02

Clubs want to improve. They just don't hear what's actually happening.

Directors and coaches have no structured way to hear what families are really experiencing. The honest feedback lives in private group chats. The good stuff never gets documented.

03

Parents have skin in the game but no seat at the table.

Families invest everything — the money, the weekends, the miles — and have had no formal way to share what they're experiencing. Not because clubs don't care. Because the channel never existed.

04

The existing options weren't built for this.

Directories list clubs. Facebook groups host rumors. Club websites are brochures. None of them were designed to create honest dialogue between families and clubs. ClubReport was.

“For the first time, the families writing the checks have a voice.”

Steve Hennegan — Founder & Soccer Dad

Who it's for

If club sports is part of your life, this was built for you.

Select your role and see exactly what ClubReport does for you.

Stop guessing. Start knowing.

You're a parent evaluating three different clubs. Your neighbor's kid plays for one. The other two look identical on paper. One has a coach every parent privately dreads. ClubReport helps you make an informed decision — before tryouts, before you commit, before you spend $15,000 to find out the hard way.

What you get
  • Real reviews from families who were actually on the roster — not planted praise, not scorched-earth venting
  • Compare clubs side by side before you ever set foot at a tryout
  • Every ECNL and Girls Academy tryout in one place
  • Find great clubs within your ideal drive radius — because you have two other kids, a job and a 45-minute drive matters

How it works

Verified data. Real reviews.

No open-ended rant box. No anonymous chaos. Structured, scored, and verified.

01

Family submits a review

Structured reviews across 10 categories centered on coaching, communication, culture, value, and development. Real assessments from real families.

02

We verify the relationship

Every review is roster-matched before it goes anywhere. We confirm the family's connection to the club. No fake praise from the inside. No sabotage from a rival club across town.

03

The review goes live

Once the connection to the club is verified, the review is published. Structured, scored, and on the record — exactly where it should be.

04

The club can respond

Clubs can respond to any review. If a family wants a direct response, they check the box when they submit — the club gets notified. Whether they respond or don't, everyone can see it.

05

Clubs get data reports

Clubs receive structured reports from all verified reviews — scoring trends, category breakdowns, and benchmarks against comparable clubs. Not just feedback. Intelligence they can build on.

By the numbers

The market is massive. The gap is real.

The most underserved data gap in American youth sports.

Why we built this

We lived it. So we built it.

Steve Hennegan

Founder & soccer dad

Steve has spent 10+ years building digital software products — and the whole time, he's also been a club soccer dad. He watched his daughter earn a D1 scholarship to Ohio University and has another daughter in the club system right now. He's lived both sides: the pride, the pressure, and the frustration of watching families pour $10,000+ a year into a system where the feedback loop basically didn't exist.

He built ClubReport not to create a complaint board, and not to put clubs on blast — but to give families a real voice, and give clubs the kind of honest intelligence that helps great programs get better.

Harry Polen

Co-founder & technical lead

Harry played club soccer through high school before heading to college — and he lived through switching clubs mid-career, sitting through the uncertainty, the unanswered questions around coaching decisions, and the feeling that important information never quite made it home. That experience never left him.

Professionally, Harry has spent his career in enterprise data — the kind of work where the quality of what goes in determines everything about what comes out. That discipline is baked into ClubReport's foundation: every review roster-matched, every data point built to be trusted, not just trusted to look good.
